REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 7-days return policy.
If the item (s) purchased is faulty/damaged, this must be communicated to us via our email address thelittlerascalske@gmail.com, with reasons clearly stated and proof of purchase provided. Once your return request has been approved, a returns label will be emailed out to you. Simply print off the label and attach it to the parcel.
Please be aware that we will not accept returns once the 7-day period has lapsed. Your order will be sent back to you with no notice.
Wrong Order
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received a wrong order. Please return it back to us. We will give you the option of sending a replacement or issuing a full refund. If you have any queries, please contact our support team at thelittlerascalske@gmail.com
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. Simply return your item(s) and re-order for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we’ve received your unwanted items.
Exceptions/ Non-returnable Items
Items on sale/ discounted items will not under any circumstance be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Refunds
Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will endeavor to process the refund within 5 working days. Although refunds are processed within 5 working days, please allow up to 10 working days for the refundable balance to reflect in your bank account. This time period is dictated by your bank, therefore beyond our control.
Refunds exclude shipping charges.
If you do not wish for a cash refund, we will send you a gift card of the amount spent- excluding the shipping fees.
Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse/cancel any order(s) if we suspect a fraudulent transaction
